From his mill located in the heart of Castelvetrano, he and a group of Sicilian grain growers protect the old Sicilian grain like Tumminia, Russello, and Perciasacchi from extinction. Besides being behind the Italian grain revolution, Molini del Ponte is also a bakery and a pastificio.
