What’s inside
Passata — 6 jars × 500 ml. One annual August cook, thick & silky, lightly sweet San Marzano vibe. Pantry workhorse for everything from puttanesca to shakshuka.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (BIB 3 L) — L’olio della Maestra Tina, Sicilian EVOO from Zaituna (siracusana) olives around Siracusa. Medium fruity, green tomato leaf, artichoke, fresh herbs, clean almond finish. Bag-in-box keeps it fresher, longer.
Use Drizzle oil on tomatoes, fish, beans, burrata; stir it into your sauce at the end. Passata goes straight into your sugo, soups, eggs, Bloody Marys (you’re welcome). Finish with a last kiss of EVOO.
